With extensive experience as a strategic leader within cell therapy biotech start-ups, Nicola has a strong background in operations, research, financial planning, communications, strategy, HR, and project management.

As a founding member of Immetacyte Ltd., she played a pivotal role in the company's growth, serving as COO for eight years until its acquisition. Following the acquisition, she transitioned into the role of Senior Director, overseeing business operations and subsequently research.

Nicola provides strategic guidance to the executive team, actively contributing to key decision-making processes, driving accountability, and mitigating risk. Currently, she leads the company's operations, ensuring efficient operations and long-term financial health.
