As Director of Research at ImmunoKey, Leyuan is leading the development of next-generation cell therapies. An accomplished immunologist with 20 years of experience in immunotherapy product development, she has worked across both academia and industry.

Leyuan earned her PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Leeds and spent seven years at the University of Oxford, focusing on antibody development and target discovery. Since transitioning to industry in 2019, she has played key roles at InstilBio (Immetacyte) and Adaptimmune, driving T-cell therapies from early discovery to IND submission and clinical trials.

With expertise in molecular, cellular, and immunological sciences, Leyuan excels in strategic leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration. Passionate about translating scientific innovation into real-world therapies, she is committed to shaping the future of cancer immunotherapy.
