Senior Scientist

Owen is a Senior Scientist with 7+ years of expertise in T-cell engineering, focusing on improving T-cell therapies for solid tumour treatments.

He completed his PhD at Cardiff University, contributing to the pioneering T-cell homing group. Passionate about translating research to patient benefit, Dr. Moon transitioned to industry, where he has been instrumental in developing next-generation gene modified tumour-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapies.

Owen has experience managing CROs on complex projects and has experience in generating novel IP that has led to multiple filed patents where he is named as an inventor. Owen brings experience as both a leader, and an individual contributor to CMC sections of regulatory filings that have underpinned regulatory approvals for Phase I clinical trials in the UK and USA.
